The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping grow the Large Projects Division for Engineered Cooling Services - Pensacola. Excellent leadership skills are important as the role requires you to mentor associate Project Managers to help them execute completion of more technically complex/larger projects while delivering exceptional customer service and excellent client communication. Large projects involve challenging and exciting opportunities in HVAC mechanical installation, technical outages, large renovations, air handlers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, ductwork, piping, etc. Company wide support for this position along with an enjoyable office culture that prioritizes work life balance await our new Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety of team and job site
- Meet project financial goals and quality standards
- Submittal verification and submission
- Read and understand contract drawings and specifications
- Accurate and timely communication with customer
- Project scheduling and planning
- Material take-offs, closeout documents, and purchase orders
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years prior HVAC project management or mechanical P.E. experience
- College degree in engineering or construction management preferred
- Detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems with knowledge of hydronic and airside systems beneficial
